This policy explains what Helpico (“we,” “us”) collects when you visit gethelpico.com and join our early-access list, how we use it, and the choices you have. Helpico is currently validating demand for buying HVAC replacement online. We are not yet selling or installing equipment, and this site does not process payments.

Information we collect

Information you give us

• Email address — so we can tell you when Helpico launches in your area.
• Replacement timeline — the option you select for when you may replace your HVAC system.

Information collected automatically

• Campaign parameters (utm_source, utm_medium, utm_campaign, utm_content, utm_term) and the referring website, so we know which ad brought you here.
• IP address, browser type, and device/user-agent information, collected by our advertising and hosting providers.
• Page views and form submissions on this site.

We do not ask for and do not want your phone number, home address, payment details, or government identifiers on this site. Please do not submit them.

How we use information

• To contact you about Helpico’s launch and early access.
• To measure whether our advertising works — which ads produce sign-ups, and at what cost.
• To understand demand and decide where to launch.
• To detect and prevent spam and abuse of our form.

We do not sell your information for money.

Who we share information with

We share limited information with the following service providers:

• Meta Platforms, Inc. — We use the Meta Pixel for advertising measurement. It records page views and sign-ups, and it uses cookies. Meta’s Automatic Advanced Matching is enabled, which means a hashed (scrambled) version of the email address you enter, along with your IP address and user agent, is sent to Meta so it can match your sign-up to an ad. Under California law this counts as “sharing” for cross-context behavioral advertising. See Meta’s Privacy Policy. You can opt out below.
• Telegram Messenger — Your submission (email, replacement timeline, and campaign parameters) is delivered to our internal team channel on Telegram so we can follow up. See Telegram’s Privacy Policy.
• Railway — Hosts this website and processes requests, including server logs containing IP addresses. See Railway’s Privacy Policy.

We may also disclose information if required by law, or in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets.

Cookies and tracking

We do not set our own advertising cookies. The Meta Pixel sets cookies (such as _fbp) to measure ad performance. You can block cookies in your browser settings, use a tracker-blocking extension, or use the opt-out below. Blocking them will not stop you from using this site or joining the list.

California residents

Under the California Consumer Privacy Act, as amended by the CPRA, California residents have the right to:

• Know what personal information we collect, use, and share.
• Delete the personal information we hold about you.
• Correct inaccurate personal information.
• Opt out of sharing your personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising (see above).
• Non-discrimination — we will not treat you differently for exercising these rights.

Global Privacy Control. If your browser or an extension sends a GPC signal, we automatically treat it as a request to opt out of sharing for advertising, and the Meta Pixel will not load. You do not need to take any further action.

In the past 12 months we have collected the categories described above (identifiers and internet activity) and shared identifiers and internet activity with Meta for advertising. We do not knowingly collect sensitive personal information. To exercise any right, contact us using the details below. We will verify your request by asking you to confirm from the email address you submitted, and we will respond within the timeframe required by law. You may use an authorized agent.

How long we keep information

We keep early-access sign-ups until Helpico launches in your area or you ask us to delete them, whichever comes first, and no longer than 24 months. Ask us to delete yours at any time.

Security

This site is served over HTTPS and submissions are transmitted to our team over an encrypted connection. No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Children

This site is intended for homeowners and is not directed to children under 16. We do not knowingly collect information from them. If you believe a child has given us information, contact us and we will delete it.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as Helpico develops. We will revise the “Last updated” date at the top when we do.
